This may seem funny, but children always try to do what they see, and this can be a case, as well. If your child sees your use the toilet once or twice a day, or pretend to do so, he will try the same thing out of curiosity. Some studies have shown that if your child is interested to find out what is going on in the bathroom, that may be ready for further steps.
Find the time

Sometimes, there is no tip that can teach you how to potty train your kid; you just have to make you own way. The crucial thing is to make the whole process fun, just like everything else your child learns, and not to pressure or punish him if he cannot figure it out all at once.
